Matt Mazna
V.P. of Sales & Business Development, R Leasing, LLC
Matt Mazna has been in the trailer leasing industry for 26 years, starting with XTRA Lease in 1994 in Seattle, WA. His first 11 years were as Operations Manager, before transitioning to a sales leadership role as Branch Manager of their Stockton, CA location for 14 years. He grew that location to their largest on the West Coast outside of Los Angeles. That attracted the attention of Premier Trailer Leasing and he spent the past 2 years with them establishing their presence in Northern California and Nevada.
Matt now brings that management, operations and sales background and track record of success to expand R Leasing’s presence in El Paso, Laredo and beyond.

HildaSarti
Account Executive, R Leasing, LLC
Hilda Sarti is a motivated and determined team member who brings over 27 years' experience in the trailer rental, sales and leasing industry. Fifteen of those years were with Transport International Pool “TIP” where she was Operations Manager for her first year, and the remaining years as a Branch Manager and Director of Sales in Mexico (interior).
In April of 2009 Hilda joined the R Leasing, LLC family where later, with the support of the CFO and President of the Corporation, they developed R Sales of El Paso, LLC in addition to growing the fleet and services, expanding the markets.

Mario Castillo's leadership focuses on customer satisfaction as he builds relationships with new customers and strengthens relationships with current accounts. With over 10 years of experience in the semi-trailer leasing and sales business and an BBA in Management, he strives to optimize the day-to-day operations. Mario joined the R Leasing Team in 2010.

Accounts Receivable, R Leasing, LLC
Erika Sanchez joined the R Leasing team in June of 2018. Erika is an experienced member of the Accounts Receivable Team and the Contracts Department. Driven by her commitment to her customers and love for the job, she takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Erika is responsible for reviewing contract documents with customers, maintaining customer accounts, payment processing, and working with customers to resolve any payment issues.
