What is needed to rent or lease trailers from R Leasing?
An approved credit application and proper insurance are required. Many of the nationwide trailer leasing companies will only approve large businesses. We work with these big companies too but are also able to approve smaller companies with good credit references and a suitable security deposit. Please fill out our

What are insurance requirements?
Customers must provide $1,000,000 combined single limit auto and general liability coverage with R Leasing included as Additional Insured. Physical damage coverage for the full value of our trailer is also required, with a maximum deductible of $2,500 and R Leasing listed as Loss Payee. The physical damage coverage requirement may also be satisfied by purchasing a physical damage waiver from R Leasing. Visit our

How much does it cost to rent or lease a van or flatbed?
Variables like trailer age and specs, length of term, strength of credit and other factors effect pricing. Please
contact us so we can discuss your specific needs and provide you with a quote.
Do R Leasing trailers have trailer tracking?
Yes, all of our vans and flatbeds include FREE SkyBitz trailer tracking and vans are also include cargo sensors. Please visit our

The trailer was damaged. How do we repair it? Can your shop repair or service our trailer?
You may choose to repair the trailer yourself, or use a third-party shop, but please contact us at
915-633-8130 beforehand to ensure repairs will meet our repair standards. Or simply bring the trailer to R Leasing’s full-service shop where you’re guaranteed repairs are always completed to our standards. Bring your trailers to our shop too! Does R Leasing sell trailers?
Yes, we sell trailers outright and also offer financing through a lease purchase option to credit qualified customers.
Does R Leasing buy trailers?
Sure! Let us know what you have. We can buy your used trailers outright, purchase you fleet and leasing it back to you or purchase used trailers from you and lease you new ones.
